Funning thing is I run into this guy quite frequently on different days, and I beat him but he still keeps leaving.

That’s a video of me leaving a match because of bad lag and a teleporting magneto. Of course I’m not gonna sit around through that. But nope someone’s gonna post of video on something they know isn’t a legit ragequit. And Plus I don’t remember you ever beating me so what’s with the lies? I just talked to you yesturday about this. That video is also from August! and you’re posting it now? I even explained to you that it was a lag issue. So what’s the deal? Do I need to prove myself to be on good terms with people? If that’s the case let’s play marvel.
At this point, I just let go of the stick if there’s too much teleporting going on. Easy win for my opponent, I guess. I know it’s not their fault, but dang that shit is frustrating…
I figured that was the issue…because as far as I can tell, you are a better player than Brett and you have yet to RQ against better players than him beating you. There is def. gonna be lag with CA vs NY, and from that video it appeared it was all on your screen lol.

I figured it was either connection issues where the match boots ya because it’s lagging too much, but this explanation suits it as well.

Exactly my point guys it’s obvious I had storm and and psylocke left for one thing and second I’m not really doing anything that match with magneto you can see that I’m not being agressive at all. Because on my side I’m seeing something different and I’m just trying to react to a magneto that teleports. But the people on youtube seem to disagree.
most people on YT are dumbfucks. just let 'em think what they want, even if you tried to explain. maybe MM in person at a tourney or somethin

Do you thus understand when/if opponents quit on your own MSP?
I haven’t quit on anyone (I’ve had the “MvC2 freeze” glitch, but usually only when I’m winning XD ), but I do find an MSP player quitting because another MSP is teleporting to be funny.

I’ve played alot of teleporting MSP’s but since I play Megaman most of the time MSP is not a problem unless I play someone highly skilled. Mags teleporting at the start of a match is ridiculous though because you end up losing your point character within seconds against a good Mags.
I’ve even thought of starting a different point character than Megaman for this very reason, but this is when I play Megaman, lately I’ve been playing Iceman/Storm/Cyclops it’s annoying if played correctly.
If Megaman’s leaf sheild glitch was better I would probably abuse the hell out of it against a teleporting Mags. Capcom needs to fix it to where the glitch takes multiple hits. j/k
To the guy playing jump back Cable gun, call Iron Man projectile, viper beam who got beaten up by Amingo/Thanos/Jin and then cried about me just using “specials and assists”: :wtf: I get puzzled by people’s mentalities. Evidently viper beam isn’t special, evidently Iron Man isn’t an assist. :looney:
(Thought: what special does Amingo have that would be terrifying? Unblockable cactus is hilarious but easy to block, and cactus drill is really only useful in combos. I was puzzled.)
To neomagnuz, who pretends his Magnus (MSP) is AFK and then rushes in to try to double snap you… if you “hate chasing”, why are you picking MSP? If you do “hate chasing”, why do you play runaway Storm? :wtf:
I got tricked by AFK Magnus once: it’s pretty funny when you think about it. But ragequitting as MSP just fucking baffles me. If you ragequit as MSP, turn in your player card: you’ve officially joined the scrub pool.

when it’s lagging like all hell on your end, and it’s clearly not on your opponent’s (or they’re running lag assisted lagheart or lagthrax) I would understand if an MSP ragequits. : /

neomagnuz is a scrub I played him a couple of times last week, he sent me a message after his second time ragequitting on me “stopping joining me megaman hella annoy”.
Biggest Stunnah also sent message complaining about he wanted a rematch because Megaman is hella dirty after I took out his Mags,Sent,Tron for the 7th time in a row.
Edddie Ryugi is a ragequitter also.
Why even rage quit besides it being scrubbish the systems not even keeping track of alltime records any more at least on my end anyway.

Wavedashing lags/teleports more than anything else in the game. If you ragequit as MSP or Iron Man or other triangle-jumpers stop playing online Marvel you hypocritical bastard. :lol:
Lag into double-snap, lag into Iron Man full life infinite, lag into Storm/Sent DHC… zzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz.
Sorry, I’m one of those people who tries hard to avoid victories via online tactics. =\
i avoid at all costs too. I don’t abuse resets, runaway assist mashing (valid tactic, but moreso online), UAHVBs, etc.
the problem here I think is that not all matches are laggy. obviously. I’ve had matches that we’re great for my opponent and I, no lags at all. even from mags (and especially from IM. if it’s ever so bad that IM slow asslags it up…it’s not IM that’s the problem, everyone will most likely be lagging at that point). then there are matches where it’s lagging but only for 1 person (or worse for only 1 person) and it’s extremely obviously bad. ADing would look all right to the opponent, but on my side it’s hell.
and then of course there are the ones where it’s bad for both.
with this in mind, I don’t understand why you’re all in a huff over this
and actually flying lags the most in my experience. regardless, plenty of times while it’s lagging on your end, it’s lagging just as much on the opponent’s. plenty of times I can’t even hit confirm, and if I do the combo WILL drop from lag.
you seem to think it’s perfect on your opponent’s side I guess? perhaps it is against the people YOU play, but I assure you it’s very reasonable to ragequit on the really bad laggy matches where you need to have someone who puts shit on the screen/keepsaway because msp is nearly useless/at a disadvantage in that situation.
and…RQing from intense lag WOULD help keep people from winning because of online BS. either the MSP RQing when it’s stupid laggy for both, or him RQing when they can clearly tell it’s fine and dandy on their opponent’s side.
