No. I mean the guy who’s not on the corner is somehow able to get to the corner while the cornered guy keeps sjing back. And they do it with chars like Cable. I tried wavedashing and jumping forward at different times but I had no luck with it.

dash under him and steal the corner from him, if you sj in a arc over him and use a crossup normal you can do the same thing in the air w/o air dash.

Honestly 333, you prob want to do something besides take the corner from him. Strategically speaking, you always want your opponent in the corner. They have less options at that point and the pressure is on him. You “can” absolutely cross him up if you want. You’re saying he keeps sj. back. Well, when he is in the air, u can just dash underneath him and cr. whatever into a combo. Also, if the guy is really only sj. back you don’t have to be too afraid of him, and you can just sj. throw into the corner. Just practice it a bit and you’ll get the timing. Also lots of characters have really cool combos after throwing. Gl with this guy.
Are you sure about the dash? I tried dashing and wavedashing altering the timing and I can never do it. I’ll try more though. I know taking the corner just for the sake of it it’s a bad idea, but if my opp expects me to hit him with a c lk from he front or a jump in this tactic may give me a 100% combo, which is very good. The sj back is just an example, but cornered j backs and sj backs happen from time to time, and I’d like o have this extra option to mix them up.
