I’m not bothered with no assists. Tag canceling will make for a fine substitute. I definitely want more than 4 attack buttons.

The big problem with it imo is it takes away arguably the most defining characteristic of the series…
I think it’s the same voice actor, but MvC3 had a voice effect because of the armor or something like that.

Pretty sure the stage where the gameplay footage took place is the intro stage to X3, just outside of Maverick Hunter HQ. Anyway does this mean Ultron is the boss? Kind of a step back from Galactus

Just watched the gameplay trailer.
Is it really true that there aren’t any assists? 2v2 and no assists, that’s such a big change… Even though Marvel 1 was 2v2, the assists were so central to gameplay. XvSF was like that but at least it was as fast, broken, and fun as Marvel 2.
Gems look like a souped-up version of MSH gems from the trailer, and you can combo off the activation!
Also everything feels a bit like SFV where the hitstop is emphasized and it feels almost… clunky.
