There’s no reason not to put some information right before or after a SFV event. That’s when the most eyes will be on the stream and also has the added benefit of providing extra eyes for SFV.
After CapCup, even if I loved seeing Marvel, I was a bit mad that Capcom didn’t show anything SFV related, like a teaser for the next character.
And Ono is bad luck. Even if he doesn’t have anything to do with production, seeing Ono presenting it ruins the moment.

Well MvC3 was announced in April and we didn’t get new information until the E3 of that year.
We did get the silhouettes and speculation on who they were did tied us over until E3.

This leads me to believe that something is coming soon, but they don’t want us to know when. I’m not expecting any news for SFV or Infinite at Final Round TBH. Kolin just came out like a week ago and the DLC characters release bimonthly now so it’ll definitely be too early for news even for V.
Infinite character reveals at Final Round would be dope, but I’m not gonna get my hopes up. Like I said before: would be the perfect space to unveil Spencer.
They might hit us with the Alex mix-up again, so I ain’t expecting anything.
