Yeah, most people will want to believe it because it has many of their favs. The problem with that is they’ll surely be left with disappointment once they realize it’s not real. As someone who was around for the countless leaked lists for MVC3, I don’t find this surprising whatsoever. Watch out for more leaked lists in the upcoming months.
What’s funny is the original MVC3 leaked list was about 98% accurate.

Yeah and i remember it got to the point that people were skeptical when we got legitimate leaked info. Like when Taskmaster and Akuma were leaked.
But yeah, the easiest way to tell when it’s a fake list is when it just tells people what they want to hear.

While I’m certainly more inclined to take Ryce’s words above anything else at this point, the fact that he keeps Tweeting a lot of detailed replies to people about certain things, along with the fact he mentioned that his Source is someone from Capcom UK, and the he, and Ryce, could just be getting played, because Capcom’s REALLY trying to crack down on leaks, to the point that they’re seemingly giving false info to credible people, just so that they’ll lose their credibility in the future when they end up being wrong. That said, Ryce already confirmed Spencer and X-Men DLC (Wolverine, Storm, Magneto, Doom) himself, and things like wanting to do an X-Men Vs. Street Fighter-Themed DLC Pack, and Norio wanting the entire Capcom side of the MVC1 cast back, save for replacing Classic with Mega Man X, since he was a programmer on the title, seem like logical things. D3V’s friend also mentioned Rathalos, who’s on this list as well, though he also mentioned that Giants are apparently entirely dependent on Marvel deciding to let Capcom use Fin Fang Foom, so no FFF would also mean no Rathalos/possibly no Monster Hunter rep at all. Not saying it’s real, since this guy just popped out of the blue and MVC3 had a myriad of Leaked Lists, but I’ll keep my eye on it until it’s fully discredited with reveals, just like I kept an eye on Lupinko’s back in the day, when everybody said he was a fake, until he inevitable got proven to be right. Not the craziest list I’ve seen, especially if some of these game rereleases some of these Capcom choices would be directly promoting come to fruition. Worst case, he’s a REALLY creative liar with all these Replys he’s giving people!
Haha Capcom making up fake leaks themselves is hilarious. Pretty genius way to combat real leaks. Put so much ‘leaked’ info out there, who knows what to believe.
If giant characters make a comeback in Infinite it’s a stretch to believe that it all rest on Fin Fang Foom. If Marvel doesn’t allow his usage they have plenty of other Kaiju for Capcom to use. Devil Dinosaur would be a good one and Moon Girl’s book is popular with the scholastic crowd.
Definitely fake. Same person who leaked details to us before the announcement (2v2, no X-Men) that I had to redact also mentioned specific characters who aren’t in that leak.
