So, I just saw the announcement of the new Guardians of the Galaxy animated series on Netflix, and I noticed on how Groot is on the center of the group instead of Starlord. Maybe Marvel is willing to give him more attention, and this increases the chance of him being on MCI?
With how successful GotG was, and with how people loved Groot above all else, it’s pretty much a lock. And he and Rocket would be the only interesting characters from GotG anyway.
I guess that’s what it looks like since Rocket Raccoon is pretty much guaranteed to be in MvCI. The same can be said about Star-Lord as well seeing that GotG2 is being released. =)
