I have a tag-in/out version of Jill (by Ryou Win), but she’s super-cheap (push-blocks everything till she loses a certain amount of life, then summons her ass off) and her colors are washed-out.
Why the hell can nobdy just share mouser’s ngbc Hanzo? It’s pretty obvious nobody’s gonna make another one. Mouser didn’t leave cuz people shared his stuff, he left cuz people edited his stuff then passed off the whole effort as thier own without giving him credit for the initial character. So saying “I have him but I won’t share him out of respect” is dumb. Just share RESPONSIBLY. Meaning, just share to people who only PLAY mugen. Don’t give him to people who actually make/edit chars.
TSMUGEN released a new test version of their game Babel Sword. The character select has changed considerably. You can now choose pilots for the mechs. He also put the neglected stage scale options to good use. Even the story mode is revised.
I have no idea what this MUGEN thing is but i would like to know in as much detail as possible what it is i think this in interesting so someone please explain
MUGEN is a fighting game engine where you can fight characters from differant games and styles.
Now is a bad time to try to start because a lot of good creators are making their stuff private because of all of the “Warehouse” sites who steal their characters and host them as their own.
Leechers came harder when Joystiq, Kotaku, Mugen Xbox, and random shit on torrent sites flared.
Your best chance now is to hurry up over to MUGEN guild and learn how to add characters and shit, and download a few characters.
Make sure to at least tell the author thanks and try to make them feel that all new people won’t just steal everything they make and pass it off as their own.

Has anyone here played Super Mario? I personally believe his Neo Mario version is mad broken in that he has a braindead infinite that comes off of any of his normals, and it can be done in a million different ways (like Magento’s ROM infinite). How good is he, though, compared to characters like Evil Ryu and Evil Ken?
I have to try this, but from some Sephiroth playing, I’ve come to the early conclusion that he’s even better than the Killer Whale. This is because he can teleport during his combos, his opponent’s combos, his opponent’s startup frames on supers and such, among millions of other things. Him and Nightmare Broli (also made by the same guy) are who I believe to be the best characters in Mugen, and they completely destroy any kind of upper level play, as only they can counter each other. Is this accurate?

There’s only one Shredder out there, I believe, and he’s called Psycho Shredder. He’s insanely cheap and overpowered, and he’s damn near impossible to find =(
