People who don’t know how to take off rose tinted glasses. I hate all of 4 of those movies.
Like, Returns and Robin are okay to watch ironically because they’re laughable bad but have a lot of quotable shit (thanks arnie) But I think the burton movies are legit bad. Always have.
I like 1 and 2, especially 1. Nicholson’s Joker is awesome, and that Prince soundtrack doesn’t disappoint.

This is fine.
The one positive thing I’ll say about Returns though is that I enjoyed DeVito’s version of the Penguin. That’s about it. It was slapstick but still disturbingly dark.
Outside of the Shining I’ve never liked Nicholson as an actor. Same with Harrison Ford and Blade Runner. Though I genuinely dislike Ford as a person.
I enjoyed the first 3 of those 4 films…
That is not quite true, but ‘Casino’ is my favorite crime drama. The film adaptation of the true story of Frank Rosenthal and “Tony the Ant” is one of the greatest accomplishments in the history of cinema.
P.S. ‘Batman’ and ‘Batman Returns’ were amazing adaptations by Tim Burton and were made legendary by the performances of Michael Keaton, Jack Nicholson, Kim Basinger. Christopher Walken, Michelle Pfeiffer, and Danny Devito. I don’t know who would want to watch the Schumacher films again.

Yeah, those are terrible.
Iirc they were going to make another one called Batman Inc or something like that with Clooney and whoever played Robin and Batgirl to reprise their roles but none of them wanted anything to do with the franchise anymore after it bombed in theaters and how badly they were made fun of for the movie in the media.

Was it disappointing when you finally became one but didn’t find any face melting relics, tombs filled with traps or remnants of a lost alien civilization? Cause I know I would be. I’d feel like I had been lied to my entire life.

Lol, I’ve had my share of adventures. My second week of work I was driving an ATV through the mud while being chased off range by a Black Hawk helicopter because a missile was about to launch where I was surveying. I’ve had guns drawn on me, got to play with C-4, almost shit on a rattlesnake 
But I still haven’t fought any Nazis.

Saw Shazam tonight. It’s pretty solid, at least for something I saw because “fuck it, why not”. I was pleasantly surprised.
