Fullscreen unblockable that is rather slow to do at full screen so if you got hit with it at full screen I’d say you deserve to lose the match. The only way to do the infinite is to combo into it via one of the just frames and its banned in tournament play so its not relevant. The second infinite can’t be started off the flash’s spin unless your opponent is jumping and like UMK 3 jumping randomly isn’t a good idea on MKDC so that tosses out your first arguement. That infinite is also banned in tournament play so that takes care of that. Not to mention flash can do more damage by not doing the infinite in almost all situations.
Black Marvel has expressed interest in MK 9 as well and he was by far the best old school UMK 3 player. Thus far I don’t know if its going to be tournament worthy. The hit detection really seems bad from the videos I’ve seen and the balance is still going to very much be up in the air. I’ll probably play it if its good.

We need to have a SERIOUS DISCUSSION about Fatalities being shown at EVO. When Wizard mentioned possibly “Turning them off via the options” I almost fucking shouted. I understand that EVO is a family event, I GET it, but if the parents can’t handle the fatalities they shouldn’t be in the fucking room for Mortal Kombat at all, it’s a gruesome fucking game to begin with. Niggas getting their eyes gouged out and their colons smashed in some of the X-Rays, cmon now.

It’s been many years since I played Mortal Kombat a lot, 1997 - 1999ish.
I use to play Mortal Kombat Trilogy with my friends all the time, loved the game back then.
The later games just killed it for me personally but, this game looks like the classic Mortal Kombat I love so, I will be getting this game.
