It’s like the E3 of fighting game tournaments. If you don’t know what E3 is, then just know that EVO is a huge fighting game tournament 
This year the games are: MvC3, SSFIV (possibly AE), BB:CS (possibly CS2), Tekken 6, and MK.

Just an idea, since you can have up 4 players on one console. How about a 2v2 doubles tournament?
Is there any solid new play for MK9 (Besides character reveals and The Tower mode)? Kinda been out of the loop for a while.
my guess/hope is that NR get serious about making this game competitive, from the day this game drops until early june they should already be working on a patch (cause you know there is gonna be some broken shit in this) and get some fixes for the most obvious stuff in time for evo so the game doesnt get laughed off the floor.
I know they say they’ve been serious about this one from the beginning, but the track record just isn’t there.
I would LOVE it if this game turned out legit.
