I’m actually concerned that her or Twilight’s style might be too cheap and if they are - they get nerfed so hard they suck ass.
Only cheap games are fun to me now. 
If FiM is going in the direction of a typical anime game then having strong unique special attacks like twilight’s flaming paper thing or something is nice to have. If it’s something more time like SF2, then well, an air fireball is enough to make a character broken.
I guess it comes down to if they can block in the air or not. And if they can air dash, which I doubt but maybe some of the flyers can air dash. I don’t think I saw any double jumps in the preview stream.
From what I’ve seen AppleJack do, I can imagine her getting zoned out by the theoretical Animal Assist Goddess Fluttershy, haha. Well in the end, I hope this game is fun. Do 360 sticks work on PCs btw, lol?
Fly and un-fly mode would be sick with the pegs.
Tho, with Fluttershy and Rainbow Dash, I’m not too sure how unique they can make the flying, ya’ know?

Like with Rainbow dash have fly un-fly, and Fluttershy will only be able to Jump Cancel once due to wings?

Yeah, 360 sticks should work on PC. Might need to install a 360 controller driver if you’re on XP.
I can imagine Fluttershy having a very limited fly time, and/or a slow flight.
Also, for supers… Shouldn’t she do THE STARE? Or at least have it as a special that stuns the opponent on hit.

It’d be hilarious and very true to the character if everything Fluttershy does hits you by accident, like Manaka does with her stack of books in AquaPazza.
Also a raging demon type move where she gets pissed, shouts something Fluttershy-esque, and then the screen flashes white and they’re left in a pile on the ground.

-strong specials using animal summons, ranging from bunnies to butterflies
