I got a couple of my friends watching MLP: FiM now. They were clowning on me watching it and then after a couple of minutes they stopped what they were doing and pulled up a chair haha.
I remember when someone made an MLP thread, everyone posted and knew it was going to be closed, lol.

I just wanted to help. 
If you don’t mind me asking, shouldn’t the people flaming and trolling be the ones being punished here? Not the thread/content creators? We just want to talk about some ponies. Certainly it’s less questionable content than some of the other things in GD, and things seem pretty tame in this thread. 
No worries, man. Personally I didn’t even think the first old thread went that badly, by SRK standards. But everything pony seems to be watched like a hawk.

Yeah I just saw that. I noticed they used Deadpool’s line straight out of Marvel 3 when Deadpool faces Magneto. Fighting games and ponies grow even closer.
They’ll probably keep Rarity’s attacks a lil’ more benign than pins and scissors - i.e. flowing fabric/silk attacks.

I’d find it awesome if they worked the events of season 2 into the show somehow. I want a Discord mode for all the characters. What they showed could work really well too.
Like, imagine Rarity as a keepaway character, and activating Discord mode puts the giant diamond on her back. Her health drains overtime, but she gains the rock as a projectile until she throws it off. I don’t know how much damage it should do obviously, but for pure utility and covering the screen, it could do wonders.
Gotta understand, however, I’ve never seen any type of MLP related stuff heavily attacked on, it’s consider too much work to check up on a thread every other day to ensure that no trolling/flaming is going on. Even tho, forums that should be heavily attacked on the MLP fan base are allowed due to how open people are when watching the show (I believe sites like allspark and Adult Swim boards surprised me how they allow MLP discussions).

Well yeah, but the voice itself is from Deadpool. I know the line is from the arcade game. I just recognized the voice when I first heard it.
