MLG Pro Circuit Controller Thread

I previewed this controller to some members of SRK Tech Talk at Devastation 2011. Thought I’d share the word here as well… Has anyone on SRK been keeping an eye on this project?

If not, here is some info:

Nice marrkman i be looking forwards to this pad

I’ve been keeping an eye on them for sure.

I’m guessing the buttons are still membrane pads though?

I’m actually pretty pumped for this. The default 360 controller is great but it seems this has a chance to be better. Definitely gotta see the price though. Under $100 bucks and I’m in I’m sure.

This doesn’t have programmable buttons, does it? Not a factor for me, just curious.

I’m so in for this
I already have an Onza TE version but I’m quite interested in this pad in terms of both functionality and the fact that it is an MCZ product, the thought of a tournament level CG pad for console shooters is enough to make my mouth drool

and hooray for more microswitch buttons

…sadly, notsomuch. (I really dont know what I can or cant say about it. If you’ve got input on this, I’d appreciate it MarkMan.)

O hell yea i have been keeping tabs on this Mark(going to be sending you a pm soon as well unless you have a more preferred way of getting in contact with you), I am going to want to get this for gears and see how this bad boy plays out.

Disregard this whole post, should have read the full specs first!

i was pretty sure that the ps dpad came with the xbox kit doesn’t it?
that’s one of the main reasons i’m going to buy this thing

Oh it does? I didn’t really read the full specs, that’s awesome.

Oh don’t forget to untag that image.

Now available for Preorder @ Amazon for both systems at $100.

This is the new holy grail for dual modding IMO. I’m buying one to replace my 360 FS:SE and waiting for a reliable dual mod.

Why do you say that?

Pre-ordered. Ima gonna try to Kitty the $#!* outta that thing.

Bro-Fist

Best Idea I heard of since someone suggest squeezed a Xbox 360’s PCB into a PlayStation Dual Shock shell

cant wait to see it. when is the actual release date

Because the sticks, dpads, and cable are already interchangeable/customizable, so the only reason you couldn’t configure and use this controller on every console ever is that it doesn’t support the communications protocols and console connections. If (When) Toodles is successful in Kitty’ing this pad, it is the pad of the forever.

Ah makes sense.
It does look interesting, so i’ll keep my eye on it as well.

does this controller have the tiny microswitches for the buttons like pdp fight pad and onza pad? those things are great

the controller looks much better in the video then when I first looked the pad from the pic
