Hahaha, NL is never going to have home field advantage in the W.S. again.
Doesn’t seem to matter though, the NL is .500 in the World Series since this rule came into effect…

How many times over this streak has the NL had a chance to win and blown it?
Although, if that pitch Jeter took to the wrist does something to him, I’ll call that a win.
CAN’T USE YOUR GILETTE RAZOR NOW CAN YOU?!
AL reigns once again.
Also, did anyone notice that Halladay actually tried to hit, I found that pretty funny with that Halladay to NL rumors.
I find it funnier that he didn’t have his own batting helmet.
Yeah I was laughing at that.
I was surprised he actually fouled off some pitches since he hates hitting.
How can you POSSIBLY hate on Derek Jeter? Dude is a fucking champion, nobody handles the NY Media better than Jeter. Never in trouble, doesn’t talk shit, great teammate.
Gave Jessica Alba herpes.
Just a rumor. It was never proven whether one or the other has it. It was some bitter ex-assistant of Jessica Alba who was talking shit. Even if he does have it, for arguments sake, what does that have to do w/his character towards people, his teammates, and his stats? He’s not kissing himself in the mirror like another douchebag on my favorite team
AL for the win. Winning with 4 to 3.
Nothing official but they may bring other positional players back to the game like they can already can with catchers. Also since the day after the all-star game is an off day they could play the game in the afternoon of that day.
It’s funny. It seems every year Derek Jeter is either overrated or underrated. It’s almost never in the middle with him. This year he’s underrated. The career numbers speak for themself about him. When it’s all said and done he’ll be in Cooperstown.
I loved how Holiday (yes, I’ll call him Holiday because I know how it totally boils you Kanadians’ piss) was pretty much swinging at everything he was thrown at, strike, ball, whatever.
Also, how he pretty much had some sort of mental breakdown at the end of the 2nd inning with 2 outs and allowed 3 runs in.
LOL Jays?
It’s for what team he plays on. Guilt by association.
If he played for Seattle I wouldn’t be hatin’.
And yeah, he gave Alba and A-Rod herpes. Spread those rumors like he spreads STDs.
good shit to Carl Crawford for getting the All Star MVP award!

This game is pretty fun.
Gunbound + Baseball.
If you DL it use my name (preptime) for referral. Thanks.
imo.
Second half stars? flops? sell high candidates? buy low candidates?
What do you guys think?
Historically, guys like Mark Teixeira hit better in the second half. Probably no different this year as the summer air makes fly balls travel further.
Johan Santana pitches better in the second half, but has been great first this year except for the HR rate.
Dan Haren usually drops off second half of the season, but his changed arsenal with an increased focus on the cutter this year might keep his numbers from dropping too precipitously. End of year Cy Young will probably still be Lincecum though.
Greinke been shakier lately, though I think he’s recovering some. Would consider selling while his value is still high if you have a deep pitching staff and can get a great second half position player.
Edwin Jackson has the stuff, but I suspect he’ll tire later in the season. JA Happ has been outpitching his peripheral stats. Good time to sell high on him in deep leagues.
Jimmy Rollins - might be too late to buy, but I’d throw out an offer for him if you need a SS. He’s way due for a BABIP correction
