I’ve already posted it in the scammers thread m8. I’m sure his got time to reply to my emails . b4 i paid him he used to reply to emails all the time . its been over a month since ive paid him ive given him plenty of time to contact me . ive got a right to be upset as ive invested over $700 on these 2 sticks.

I can understand why your upset and you should do what you feel you have to (which you did) I hope all of this gets worked out so everyone is happy. I just threw my 2 cents on there because I have purchased 2 sticks from him and havent had any issues with the cleaner at all.

does anybody know what is going on with “the cleaner”? i have ordered a stick but i havent had any contact with him since juli 2nd.

Goldenbalz: Your sticks shipped a while ago like a week and a half or so. I would appreciate a retraction on your post one they arrive. I had no way of getting a hold of you being an International , yes it did take me while to complete your order, but I kept in constant contact the entire time. I even put some extra goodies in the box.
The old email was hacked and my paypal as well. The paypal I just got access to so everyone who hasn’t got a response already will be tonight… I have never scammed anyone! I have taken a little longer to get back to you guys than normal, but all in state orders have my phone number and can call anytime. It’s the International orders that I couldn’t contact.
Things have slowed down for me over here in the stick making department. I haven’t taken any orders since July and won’t be until I get caught up. I had 10 customs to build when I stopped taking orders and out of those 10, 3 are left, and 1 paint for Arizona Arnold. I started working again and am just trying to find the balance the delay is just due to me switching from a full to a part time builder . I do apologize for that.

I actually did respond to the BBB, and haven’t got a return call. I continuously tried to work with you on getting your issues taken care of, my offer to repair your case to your standards, but after so many talks and misunderstandings, I started looking into the legal aspect of it and asking for help. That’s why I delayed on responding to your post on my thread.
I been building sticks and cases for people for a while now with many satisfied customers, yes it did take me longer than expected to build your case, but I actually built your case and then you changed it. I wanted you happy so I agreed to build the case no problem, I had a couple issues with the builds, but kept on trucking. I complete the case a few weeks behind schedule" still talking to you almost everyday", and then its time for paint, you were told on numerous occaisions that I can do a 2 tone paint job no problem, but didn’t do and airbrush/paint design, but you continued to press the marble paint , so I tried it for you. I think it came out great and so did everyone on Srk and who saw the stick before it left my house, By the time all that was done I was really behind on all orders, so what to do about the wiring??? I I"ll have the best wire wire guy I know do it Gummowwed. He takes one look at the configuration you requested and says its not possible, so what do you do? Pressure him into trying it anyway. At this point I’m happy to ship I even overnight express it him 90.00. It ends up taking him 2 or so months to complete. Then you get get the stick and are dissatisfied. What to do? I’ll get a refund! You call me and when your told that I can’t refund the money you threaten to sue, on top of insulting me and Gum. We both work really hard on that stick its a real disappointment that you’re not happy, but even still I try to work with you on a resolution. I stayed up til Midnight and talked with you for hours on end dealing with: insults, threats, and lectures. I put up with that because as someone who cares about what I do I didn’t want my name in the mud.
My offer even still stands to repair your issues, but no one in there right mind is going to give you a full or even partial refund while the repairs are happening. I told you before that I didn’t think that was right, but agreed to it anyway, and you still didn’t ship me the stick for repair, I wanted to have someone I trust and know look at the situation and let me know how to respond. If you’re not happy with the stick I’m very sorry, but I have been willing to get you happy since day 1.

Edit: I am not going to bother defending my position. My original post stands and hope people find it informative. I will say that regardless of my situation, it’s always possible for people to do better, change.

You might want to take a picture of the Customs declaration form next time to prove you actually shipped. I know it won’t help find the package, but at least it’s proof to your customer.

Is there anybody that has had any contact with the cleaner recently?

I ordered a stick from him a good 6 months ago, and it was easily one of the best experiences i’ve had with buying anything from anyone over the internet. I can personally vouch for him being an honest, up-standing guy that puts customer service and satisfaction ahead of everything else (even expense to himself). I don’t know all the details of what has happened, but by reading his last post here, it seems like the buyer might have been a little unreasonable and demanding. I understand it’s hard to just “settle” or compromise when you’ve invested so much money into something, but sometimes you just gotta understand what you want can’t be done. If Paris hasn’t been around in a while or hasn’t answered anyone, it’s probably to avoid inflating this huge PR disaster any more, or he’s just busy. He is a human being with a real life outside of the internet and building sticks for people.

goldenbalz: international shipping can take a long time, I’m in UK (much closer than australia) and the shortest time I ever waited for anything to arrive from US is 3 weeks but I have waited 2 and a half months before. You make yourself look like an idiot posting all in caps throwing wild accusations and insults about, he has explained the situation and spoke to you with respect. Maybe you should do the same?

i live in canada, and most of the time it is takes at least 4 weeks to get my stuff…

unwanted:listen buddy i never would’ve gotten his attention had i not posted anything, i’ve bought plenty of stuff online from the states an never did it take longer then 2-3weeks to arrive. where not living in third world countries m8 it shouldn’t take this long thats just rediculous. BTW iv’e been dealing with him for over 6months iv’e saved all my emails not once was i out of line or disrespectful and as soon as i paid him i never heard from him again until i started posting what had happened in the forum. maybe i went about it the wrong way but im obviously pissed off. I’m not out to give him a bad name or ruin his business, if the sticks come in i will retract everything an apologise .
