I’ve purchased 2 sticks from Paris and I’m very happy. He’s very customer oriented and lets ya know whats going on. He’s currently working on a bat tap for me, I will def do business again fa sho.
Just received my custom dual-modded stick from Paris (the man, not the place…lol). I am extremely happy with it. All my expectations were exceeded and I can attest that he is very customer-oriented. He communicates well with you and makes sure the stick is everything you want before finalizing the deal.

Hi,
I purchased a custom arcade stick from “the cleaner.” Unfortunately, my experience was anything but good.
Basically, I PM’ed this guy the details of the arcade stick and he quoted me 2-3 weeks for completion. Altogether, the build time took almost 4 months. Worse yet, when the arcade stick arrived there was not only damage (not due to packing or the shipping company) but obvious flaws such as horrible plexiglass cuts, paint runs, paint discoloration and paint goof ups (straight line on the left side and angled line on the right side). The plexiglass was cut so badly that by the time it was delivered there were cracks in 3/4 corners on the bottom.
I immediately contacted the cleaner about the issues and requested a refund. I was willing to buy the arcade stick back in the event he fixed it. Basically, I was told he already spent the money and so much time had passed (the 4 months it took to complete the stick) that he could not offer a refund. Over the course of the next few weeks, he asked me not to take the matter further but offered to fix the problems. I tried to work with him but every time we would seem to reach an agreement he would bring some other issue up. In the end, he basically wasn’t willing to fix all the problems and wanted me to wait weeks for him to fix what he could. Reluctantly I agreed and then he started talking about how the agreement process took too long and he no longer had time to fix the problems.
Another issue was that I was clear on what I wanted from the time I got the first quote. Yet after months of work he raised issues with some of the things I requested. If what I requested was not possible, he should have said so up front. I was clear with the paint job and case I wanted. After the build was suppose to have started, he tried to sell me on another case. I declined that case but had found another case he created that I liked and wanted him to use/create for my build. I simply asked him if it was possible and he agreed to try to make something similar. The same thing happened with the paint scheme, I asked him if the paint scheme I wanted was possible and he had some problems with it but I basically told him that if he couldn’t do it just let me know and I was fine with that. I told him from the beginning that I wanted a two tone paint job with detailing to tie into the build. As the build progressed, I asked if that detailing could be a marbled effect. He knew from the beginning that regardless of what it was, I wanted detailing.Then, when the build was ready for wiring, he told me he couldn’t do it and it would have to be sent to another forum member. Once in that persons care, it was determined that most of the things I wanted had not been done before or could not be done. We finally agreed on a wiring scheme but it was nothing like what was originally commissioned.
Since that time he has stopped all communication with me.
I have learned my lesson at this point. Regardless of the item, I will never get anything custom made unless the person is local and has a reputable business.
The sole purpose of this post is to relay my experience so that others can be cautious and make an educated decision. No one else on the planet may have had a problem with a build from the cleaner but at almost every single corner I had problems.
I want to believe the cleaners original intentions were good. Maybe he just didn’t think the build through. However, I cannot believe he has cut off communication at this point and will not fix the arcade stick. That is a horrible thing to do to a customer.
DO NOT BUY OFF THIS SCAMMER, I MADE AN ORDER WITH THE SCAMMER FOR 2 CUSTOM BUILT ARCADE STICKS WHICH HE COMPLETED SENT PICS OF THE COMPLETED PRODUCTS BUT NEVER POSTED THEM OUT. HE TOOK FULL ADVANTAGE OF ME BEING FROM AUSTRALIA AS I HAD NO CHOICE BUT TO PAY IN FULL. I SHOULD’VE REALISED HE WAS A DODGY BASTARD SINCE IT TOOK HIM 4 MONTHS TO COMPLETE THE STICKS AND AFTER I PAID HIM HE STOPPED REPLYING TO MY EMAILS. I HAVE KEPT ALL EMAILS SENT BETWEEN US AS PROOF. DO NOT BUY FROM THE CLEANER HE IS NOTHING BUT A SCAMMER .
While I can’t speak for what happened I can vouch for the cleaner as a person. He isnt dodgy or a scammer. It may take him a while to complete sticks but you have to remember he’s not just working on your sticks. There are other customers he’s building for on top of a full time job. When he built my first stick it took him a while to respond but in the end he came through and exceeded my expectations. Coming in here when your clearly upset isnt exactly the best thing. If you truly feel he “scammed” you then report it to the scammers thread, thats what it’s there for.
