March 21st, 2009 (10am - 12am) to be held at Our Lady Of The Lake University. Badges will be $10 for admission. We will have dealers, artists, panels, console/arcade gaming, video room, tabletop gaming, dance, concert and a cosplay show.

All tournaments will be double elimination.
12 pm Super Smash Bros Brawl 1v1 ($10)
1 pm Street Fighter IV ($10) (PS3 Version/Xbox 360 Version)
4 pm Super Smash Bros Melee 1v1 ($10)
5 pm Soul Calibur IV ($5) (PS3 Version)
Melee/Brawl teams, IF TIME ALLOWS, will begin after 1v1 has concluded.
All games must have a minimum of 8 entrants to be held.
All games will pay out as follows:
1st: 60% and a case of Nerd (the energy drink)
2nd: 25%
3rd: 15%
General Rules:
Double Elimination
Best 2/3 matches
Finals (Winners, Losers, Grand) will be best 3/5 matches.
Pausing will result in the loss of a round unless the opponent (who didn’t pause) lets it slide.
All button changes MUST BE DONE before the rounds begin. It is up to the opponent after that whether to restart.
If any rules are broken, you should report WHEN IT HAPPENS, not after the fact.

At the beginning of a match players can opt for a double blind pick.
Each player can strike one stage. Both players can also mutually agree to no strikes.
First stage is a random select neutral.
After the first round the loser picks the stage, the winner decides what character he will play and then the loser will pick their character and the next round will begin.
ALL Stall tactics such as MetaKnight’s Infinite Dimensional Cape glitch are banned, unless they are for recovery purposes.
Super Smash Bros Melee
Random stages: Final Destination, Pokemon Stadium, Dreamland 64, Fountain of Dreams, Battlefield, and Yoshi’s Story
Banned stages: Yoshi’s Island (Pipes), Fourside, Onett, Hyrule Temple, Flatzone, Brinstar Depths, Icicle Mountain, Big Blue, Mushroom Kingdom 1 and 2, Venom, Yoshi’s Island 64, Peach’s Castle, Kongo Jungle, Great Bay (However, any stage is open, as long as both players agree to it)
Banned in Teams only: Fountain of Dreams, Mute City
Not Banned in Teams: Great Bay
