Matt I got a sick idea. If your mom will give you money to buy a comp and u want that one that I told you about, just buy my computer off me if i can get the extra money to buy myself a new one for like 1200. My comp is way better than anything I can get you for 600 from that guy. So i’ll sell you mine for 600 with my old vid card (ati radeon 9200, 128 mb) or 700 with my new one which is a newer model and its 256 mb. If you dont play crazy games on your comp you dont need the new vid card. The 128 runs WoW fine so im sure it will be ok for you, but its your choice. If i can come up with another few hundred at xmas to buy myself something new.
Oh and also, Im not sure if you have a windows xp cd or not. If not the new comp would be a little more as well. Mine would of course come with it. My comp owns the comp i could get you in every way. Its got way more space (120 gigs instead of 40), and its a lot faster with more ram. Oh and I also got a cd burner in it that I’ll toss to you as well.
I dunno I figured this way it just helps the both of us out since I want a new comp and your looking for a cheap one and mine is ultra good for only 600 bucks. Adil if matt doesnt want it I’ll sell you mine instead of getting you a new comp like you might want.

I’ve been tryin to clean up my computer a bit, and as i right click on my C:/ drive, and click on PROPERTIES, it says
62.4Gb - Used
8.55Gb - Free
71.0Gb - Total
Now the thing is, I go into my C:/ drive, select every file and folder and right click>properties and it says the total used is 23.9 Gb… This is a difference of 39.6Gb.
So my question is how come it says my C:/ drive is using 63 Gb, but when i go in and check it only says 23.9Gb? Now, im not a complete moron, i understand there are hidden system folders, and my computer is set to show them. So lets say its not showing the hidden system folders somehow, are hidden system folders usually 39.6Gb in size? This is pissing me off, anyone had this kind of problem before, or know why its being gay like this?
EDIT: some people have told me to make sure i include my shared folders, and my documents, however, those folders brach from the C:/ drive in the documents and settings folder, so the “My Documents” and “My Shared Folder” is already included…
It might be system restore files. Uncheck hide system restore files in tools options and boot into safe mode. I had around 12 gigs of restore points that were just taking up space for nothing.
