If they did a Miss Trannyverse thats all well and good with me. I have nothing against transgender people existing and living their lives but trying to argue that they are just as much a woman as an actual born woman and changing definitions of what a woman is seems ridiculous to me.[/LEFT]

I was about to post why it should matter that the chick they’re looking at is really a man, but I stopped. It SHOULD matter. Because Not only does a man have genetics on his side, but also science. And if science can make that insta-bait trap that spawned this argument in the first place, then it’s a somewhat legit argument.
Flip side, why not just have a beauty pageant? Beauty takes many forms, so why not make everyone eligible? Men, women, whatever? I think that message will come across much more profoundly than anything else said so far. :tup:

Oh yeah, I forgot to add that my ultra-conservative, self-righetous, asshole co-worker brought this up in conversation the other day and pretty much said “I’d hit.” I LOL’ed so hard at that because this guy is such a comical individual. But once I thought about it, I figured he probably got a few Bailey Jay pics on his PC too. 
Annoys me that people complain about this as if they have a stake in the Miss Universe pageant. It’s a privately run organization and then can run it however they want.
This just seems like a win/win decision for them. Not only do they get a ton of cred with LGBT activist groups, but a ton of extra Miss Universe press. Like ever year though, I won’t be watching. It’s a wonder to me that anyone cares about pageants at all.

Man if I gave a shit about beauty contests I would be pissed to find them allowing any kind of surgery, shit seems as bad as allowing steroids ect. in sports.
