We can’t officially announce it yet because we have to confirm some players since it’s actually too far in advance for them to confirm, haha. Somewhere buried deep within the FGD there is a GDLK thread for WHP. Mainly it’s strong point was playing it online via p2p or on 2df (now supercade). Tourney wise it was always a side tournament hosted by either Keits and/or DG. Didn’t do too bad in numbers. But there was NEVER a major for the game/series.

IMO it’s definitely one of the most fun SNK games.

EDIT: So apparently WHP wasn’t an SNK game.

No, I’m intrested now. This is making me want to go pick it up. I never said anything about people being scared to get on games until your buddy Humbag said I didn’t enter Garou (A REAL SNK game) from what I recall and whatever was said on the Ohio forum had nothing to do with me. Anyway, I DO remember playing one of those World Heroes games (probably the 1st one) for the SNES and lost intrest, but I will give WHP a try since there’s hype to it. I don’t understand what the problem is when about at least 80% of the people on SRK think if you can’t play SF, then you’re a fucking scrub. But when they play something else and lose they always say I don’t care about this game, or I was just Bullshitting. That’s my favorite line after every KoF tourney.
