Seriously? The fuck are they thinking? This might have been an okay gameplay mechanic if pushblocking and guardreversals were free. Even then though I have a strong feeling this is just bad.

Bah, I had the game working fine with the May 1st patch, but then I installed the Sven patch and the game crashes on startup. I’m on XP SP3, if that matters. When I reinstall the game from 0 it works fine, though…
If you tried the XP patch then try the Vista patch. If that doesn’t work try running it via applocale or with compatibility mode.
question, do i need to install all the patches in order to use the newest one?, cuz i havent updated the game in like a month

Well the old patches aren’t up on the website so I assume you don’t need them.
I played it today because a friend wanted to play it and yes… still sucks.
I was under the impression it got worse, not better. Typical NRF butchery.

Considering how many homo bishi characters with tight pants they’ve added, plus the trap, I’m starting to think this game was made for girls.
Also I think it really is just a pole. Kind of like Suzuka’s wooden sword in Outlaw Star (it’s just an ordinary looking black pole with a wedged end).

MKV isn’t really a game.
It’s just a weak bonus feature that came with the soundtrack.
The OST and the character portraits (Virginia has bubz <3 ). Though sadly, there’s only like three tracks on the OST I even like personally.
