The only solutions to go from 360 to ps3 are laggy and expensive. You have two months to work something else out, so talk to friends/srkers about borrowing or renting a stick from them, or make the proper modifications to your existing stick.
A 360 stick can easily be dual modded with a PS2 pcb, and then cheap lagless converters exist for PS2->Ps3 and PS2->GCN (to use on the wii)
Actually I own a ps3 as well as a 360. It’s always been that my friends have owned 360’s and have used 360 to play sf4 up until now. After hearing most adapters are laggy, I’ve just gone and purchased a ps3 stick.
I’m not a fanboy for either side… I’ve just never seen the point of buying a ps3 stick until I’ve really needed one. (Now being the time.)
Smash Bros info updated in the first post. GPX Gaming is coming in to run the Smash events per their normal rules, including pool play, separately from the rest of the event. Hopefully this pleases Smash players, as I do want to support ALL communities.

6 Flags is indeed Friday, the park closes at 5 though so I would assume we’d just do setups after instead of before?
Friday morning we do breakfast then Six Flags, they are open 10am to 5pm. At 6pm we start setup for the event and the staff meeting will be sometime that evening. Staff should help setup, too. We will start taking early registrations friday night as well, around 7 or 8pm.
Maybe the big announcement was that Smash was going to be at this tournament. I was hoping for a schedule :V

I booked a hotel room for my friend and I for both Saturday and Sunday night. We probably won’t do Six Flags on Friday (during the day) but we’ll be hitting the “to see” stuff in the area a.k.a. Gurnee Mills, Mitsuwa Market, etc.
Point being, I’ll most likely be around that Friday night, and if you’d like an extra pair of pairs of hands (hand x4), my buddy and I would be glad to help set up. Just let me know either in here or PM around what time you’ll be starting pre-con and I’ll make a point to be at the ballroom to assist.
Or tell me to bugger off. But that would make me sad. :sad:
