there was no negativity in my post whatsoever. It was “being blunt” at best. But you know what? You can take me off the staff list. There really wasn’t/isn’t anything for me to do there anyways. And I realize, that I’d rather just enjoy myself at this tournament and give myself a break from operations at tourneys. I have to work Power Up later on that month anyways. :tup:

I doubt theres a canes near where we’ll be, so we’ll have to do some research on some good local chicken.

CHICKEN UPDATE
Here’s what I have learned:
There’s this place called Johnny’s Kitchen and Tap which apparently has some baller chicken fingers in additions to a lot of other unique menu items. I will probably be eating here at LEAST once while I’m in the area.

So where are we doing breakfast before we do this thing? I am not at all looking forward to buying food at the park. We need to decide on a place.

And there’s breakfast at the hotel itself, pretty sure it’s more than just continental isn’t it? Keits will have more detail on that, if there’s bacon it’s GGPO my team sucks for me.
We were a little late to try their breakfast buffet, but earlier it looked like they had pretty much everything breakfast-y available. I had an awesome plate of eggs benedict but Keits had the worst waffle ever apparently 
Waffles are good enough for me, if I recall he also disliked George’s What’s Cookin and I loved it
Adam has a… “highly evolved palate” so his food opinion should be ignored by all.
Generally I’d agree that you should ignore my opinion on food, but I have like 9 people who can back me up on how shitty George’s Whats Cookin was.
Eating at the hotel in the morning makes sense, but im not sure we will be able to get our group discount on the buffet until saturday morning. But yes, a nice breakfast is smart, so we only have to eat a small snack at the theme park, saving us all money. We can get dinner right before or during ballroom setup and early registration.
How does one mess up a waffle though? Isn’t that an affront to god or something?
When I was going to Iowa one of the food halls had absolutely amazing food, except waffles were ALWAYS cooked with the skillet too hot so the outside would be crispy but it was still pretty much batter inside :wasted:
well that is a damned shame… Just thinking about it makes me a little angry.
Thats how mine was. The inside was too mushy.
