I’d certainly give it a shot, I’ve heard good things about it.
As for tourney, probably…but only if the PS2 version drops soon enough. Chances are I’d be unable to get to the arcade often enough to get any good at it.
yeah, i’d probably be up for seeing KOFXI in an arcade. anything to keep arcades from becoming extinct! 
As for a tournament, I feel the same way as Uber. except, I’d probably come and watch the tournament at least. or something like that.
It wasn’t even a good regular season type game. ho-hum steelers won.
JD I know you’re an arcade enthusiast, but you should see if pinball petes objects to running console tournaments for games that are not released on arcade (that is if you dont object). I think if they did that we would have some serous competition (torment wise) for Mid West Championships etc.
Also Jd Im eger to see how the whole tournament thing is setup, if you need some help doing things let me know.

I think the best post season game was Indianapolis v Steelers. But the Super Bowl was still alright. I’ve seen worse games, that’s for sure.
And is it me, or is the NFC kinda weak this decade?

I’m no huge fan of either team, but I was expecting an exciting game.
It was not to be.
Hopefully the NFC will draft/develope some better players…something to electrify the atmosphere of the league…something other than the “Viking love boat” drama and the “T.O.” soap operas.

I’ve only got in a few matches so far, but so far I’m really liking Shizumaru and Charlotte(of course), Iroha, Kyoshiro, and Andrew. Gen-an and Quake seem pretty sweet, but I’ve not put in enough time to get any of their shit down. Zankuro is still beastly like he was in Sam Sho Special.
