someday, when my checks from my new jobs starting coming in, I’ll probably have to get my own copy of Naruto 4. which would be my first import game. It’ll probably be the first time I pick someone other than Sheeno (spelling?), as well.

Essentially you unlock someone for every few characters you beat story mode with, or you can unlock all but 4 of them by going through survival mode.
The last 4 can only be unlocked by beating the game with every other character.
