I’m not mad, I walked in knowing the reviews had tanked to 13%, so I knew what to expect, I’m just trying to emphasize for those who ignore reviews or have some level of expectations, that they won’t be met, and that the critics - for once - aren’t being pretentious jerks…the movie legitimately sucked.
:bluu:
Why do they say they are forgettable?
In TF1, I remember Optimus shanking the shit out Bonecrusher’s face. I remember Megatron ripping Jazz in half and tossing him like Chief Keef CD. I remember Starscream wrecking shop on the jets. Sliding under…ugh the big helicoptor, to shoot it in the nuts. Bumblebee on the back of truck, trying to get his with no legs. In TF2, despite the…physics involved, Devestator was super memorable. The fight where Optimus died? Him owning the hell out of everyone solo? Bumblebee tiger kneeing the f#ck out of rampage and literally curbstomping him? TF3 I don’t realy remember too much of anything…it was too generic short of Optimus utterly destroying Megatron and Sentinel, and the building destroy scene.
This movie though? Hmm, the most memorable thing is most ikely the opening, and that was less for the action and more with what actually happend
to me the merit of the action seen has to do with moments that make you say ‘damn’ in at least a mildly believable way…that just didn’t happen this go around shrug some shooting, some stabbing, some punching. shrug again
A brotha had to get on his tab just to type this. Just moved no home internet yet. The first 20 minutes were cool and the last 20 for the most part.
You could tell michael bay gave 0 fucks. HORRIBLE EDITING. HORRIBLE GREEN SCREEN. I would say more, but I will wait for when the nets get hooked up.
I’d rather watch tf3 while getting poked in the forehead with a sewing needle for a month straight then watch tf4 again. I knew I should have watched 22 jump street
saw it, loved. everyone complaining needs to go watch 12 years a slave for ever. this isnt meant for the oscars, its meant as a vehicle for baygasms. if thats not your thing then kick rocks.
I swear Lucky Charms’ car is a reference to some other Transformer, just can’t put my thumb on it. Thought it was Mirage but I remembered he was a Ferrari in the last film.
On one hand, I’m glad the move franchise is so popular because it feeds back into the franchise popularity as a whole in a way.
On the other hand, I missed on seeing Revenge of the Fallen in theaters and decided before this movie was even released I’d do the same with Age of Extinction. I’ll see it on Netflix or Redbox or something in a few months when I have time to kill.
