Yeah, I can’t wait for the next one, that was my 1st real offline tourney in a long time. I kept messing up my links because of nerves, adrenaline, and what have you. But I’m looking forward to bouncing back because I know I’m a lot better than what I played. Also, rofl copter at me being the only pad player in sight.

Just to let you all know. Its stupid to use SFIV to decide teams for the 5on5 vs ohio when by that time we will be playing SSFIV.

It would be pointless to judge the 5 for the 5v5 on SFIV when we will be using SSFIV then. AKA we are using the current results for selecting the 5.

That is true. A lot of things have change. Aaron. I think 5v5 for Power-Up should be determine by Top 8 from the Michigan Masters play in a Round Robin style. This will determine a better view on who should go.
…Michigan masters or any tournament won’t prove anything until SSFIV comes out. Its pointless to hold a round robin in SFIV when the game we will be playing is SFIV and its pointless to go by rankings in SFIV when the game we will be playing is SSFIV.
The better view will be determined when we finally get SUPER STREET FIGHTER IV and begin competeing in SUPER STREET FIGHTER IV. NOT STREET FIGHTER IV.
Yo real talk are you guys dumb and don’t understand what the hell I am saying? Seriously what the fuck how man times do I have to say the game we will be playing for the 5 on5 is SUPER SFIV not SFIV.
It’s not a huge stretch to think Michigan’s best at SFIV will also be Michigan’s best at Super SFIV. If you’re really good at HF, you’re probably really good at ST too. But a closer comparison would probably be to CE and HF. Super SFIV and SFIV seem to have the same mechanics and general idea.
I get what you’re saying but the games aren’t gonna be that different. As long as the people on the team are actually serious about practicing up in SSF4 they’re gonna continue to be on top in MI, at least for the next month before Power Up. If someone on the team isn’t too interested in Super they can just step down and we’ll pick up #6. No reason to get so agitated about it o.O
But if people what a separate qualifier once Super comes out I’m more than glad to hold it. Speak up ya’ll.
