A) Any luck on what chars/teams were used by the winners?
B) What time did the CvS2 tourney actually end?
Suggestion: Next CvS2 tourney should be single elim up until the semi’s, or have two CvS2 machines going at once (which would be a better call actually). Waiting two and a half hours for a match takes its toll on participants, and also impossible to schedule accordingly for. Maybe you guys could set-up some consoles on one of those bowling big screens?

CVS2 took FOREVER!!! Much thanks to all those that bared through it and stayed the whole time.
I thought we were going to have more ppl for SC3 and MVC2, but I was mistaken AND forgot until about the day before or two that CVS2 takes forever to play. That is why we cut losers to 1 game. Next tourney for CVS2 it’ll be single game double elimination to start. Console may also be a consideration in the future.
To be perfectly honest. We have been trying to get the new panels together and get all the games working properly, we’ve been slacking on getting 3s. Not to worry though. I’m continuely looking for cabs and kits as well as pushing my bosses to go ahead and purchase the game already. I am trying to get one in ASAP.
He’s an SJSU player, you might want to ask some of the heads that are in that thread to find a way to contact him. That’s as much as I know, with the addition that he doesn’t post on SRK.

We’re trying to have more tourneys. The next one is the Puzzle Fighter Tourney on Saturday Nov. 4th. Game will be on free play. $2 reg fee and $5 tourney fee to the pot.
Probably going to have another CVS2 and MVC2 tourney either Nov. 11th or 18th. (both are Saturdays)
After that it won’t be till after the new year before we do another one.
