When exactly is the upcoming DLC scheduled for release? I need something new… Not saying I’m losing interest in the game at all; the PROLOGUE still gets me hype. Just can’t wait for more story gameplay.

On a second playthrough, you really get an appreciation for all these things. The final battle, despite getting owned on the first attempts, I have the greatest appreciation for. I feel you on that, jimmy. n472a is still doing his “perfect” DmC DMD run, and none of the other Action gods have dropped anything yet concerning Rising. Guess its up to the USA and our European brothers to be the godfathers of MGR tech. <div><br></div><div>We’ve already got Blade Mode Cancel and Option Select Parry/Dodge from our experts in this thread, so anyone that wants to go further has a good starting base for techniques, though.</div></div>

It does have a Hard Lock on. It’s R2. You can even use the right analogue stick to cycle through enemies once you’ve locked onto someone. Great way to get an easy lock on flying enemies for a dive kick>Zandatsu. <br></div>

It’s definitely not perfect, and it’s not “sticky” enough. It’s noticeable in some fights like the elevator fight with the mastiffs that drop down and there are birds flying around. I locked onto a bird and tried to throw a sai but it kept going onto grounded enemies like the hammer guy (I was still locked onto the bird. I also tested this in different attempts and the same thing can happen). The lock on is just there to keep the camera facing the direction but I noticed it doesn’t seem to influence your attacks as good as it should. It also doesn’t keep the enemy on your screen well enough and has a lot of problems in tight areas or just around in general (I’m surprised it doesn’t work like some games where it can clip throw foreground objects and render them invisible so it can be easy for the player to see). It tries to pan around to keep enemies on screen and sometimes things could happen like Monsoon jumps past the camera and crosses it up while doing the dive attack but the camera doesn’t pan around fast enough and messes with your parrying direction.<br></div>

You can over ride the lock on by tilting the left analoge stick in a direction this way you can attack those around you, or parry in directions you’re not facing while still staying locked on. Raiden was throwing the Sai at a grounded enemy because you where pushing the stick in a direction. In this game more then others unless you are trying to do something specific like activate a certain move, or dodge a certain direction, the stick should be left in neutral so as not to over ride the lock on. <br>

I’m not a pro per say but I got the gold medal on every mission except for mission 17 and 11. I gotta find 11 in the single player campaign and 17 is pretty hard for me. Need to learn all the waves to master that mission. <br>

Press R2. The circle will say LKD.<br><br>You can use the right stick to cycle targets.<br>
Guys…Start Menu>Game Help>Press right to show controls. Options Menu to change control settings. <br><br>There’s tons of ways to view how the controls in this game work. <br>
