This game is seriously way too awesome. I have the original, and sort’ve played around with it (waiting for the ReACT disk to get here. =/) and I don’t understand some of the game’s functions that I’ve seen in yukinose’s videos.
1: With Satsuki, he does like 3 supers, then an grab and does like… 100% to Chaos, is this a glitch? O_o It also looks like the supers don’t take off meter!
2: I think I understand the life recharge, but I noticed something while this was happening… Is there no time limit in this game?
3: I noticed you can combo air-grabs, can everyone do this?

Yukinoze is doing the combo during Heat mode, which is activated when you reach 300%. In Heat mode, you can do as many supers as you want while the bar depletes. Once your Heat mode finishes, you are back to 150%. On Heat mode you can also do the Lv 3 supers. If you do so, you are back to 0%. If you press down down down + parry while on Heat, you enter Blood Heat, which refills your life and you can do an EX version of the level 3 super (I think they are called Last Arcs, haven’t checked the terms of the game).
The new patch scales damage more, so the 100% may no longer be a 100%.

Just to add to what VMan said, in version 2.0 that throw super didn’t scale at all since it was a throw. In version 2.001 it scales normally so it should do MUCH less damage now.
whew…good deal all the really broken shit with sion got fixed…like the multiple air throws and rope infinites.
she still has chain combo, end with sweep into tiger knee dive super which does pretty good dmg still

shiki N has a slower and shorter dash now…no more dash 2b anymore =(!!! it also hurts one of his combos
shiki T’s infinite is alot more crisp timing but its there still he seems still in tact
All air dashes became slower. The reason for it is that air dash cancels became the base of a lot of infinities.

The game automatically records replays. When the march is over, one of the options is to save it into a file. For match vids, all you need is to upload the match replay, which is a very small file.
But what if I wanted to make vids of matches like Yukinose?
so where can i buy this game at?
um i don’t see how the air dashing got much slower, hisu and shiki T can still a,b,airdash a,b repeat =(
You would have to use (link-> FRAPS <-link) or something to cap the replay from the game. In the meantime you could just upload some replay files since they are so small.
That’s the only place I know. $15 bucks was a lot for shipping, but the game is worth it, if you’re a fan of Tsukihime and like fighting games.
edit: Thanks cygnus, I’ll try to get soem replays up, as soon as I can get my friends to start playing the game more, and put something worthwhile to see. It’s hard to get people to play this game. =\
I can’t seem to install the game or anything. I finished downloading it and tried installing it but there’s some issues with file paths or some shit. It always puts up an error window about it when it’s almost done installing. Something to do with manuals or some shit…I can’t even make it out cuz everything is in gibberish and I know it’s trying to read out in Japanese. I don’t even see an ISO file and I assume it’s the finished product that is made after the installation is complete. Damn…guess I’ll have to get my hands on the real game or something cuz I can’t figure out what’s wrong.:bluu:
