Haha, okay man. We’re on to you. The reason why people respond to that is because apparently they seem as entertained in trying to act seriously towards your trolling attempts as you are trolling them.
BTW - nobody’s having a closed mindset here. Every fighter gets discussed here, it’s that Smash gets the most flak for their community’s constant bickering to the point of it being a joke. Kind of like this entire thread.
lol this is all coming from a guy who has ?? in his name??
maybe you should change your username simply because you have no understanding of the background that name has
you talkin about smash when you have UME + SHORYU in your name, you must be outta your fuckin mind to think that anybody posting is this thread will give you the time of day in sf4
i mean come on now you trying to compare sf4 to melee is just plain stupid, now if you compared melee to 3s then you would rly have a problem by stating your first sentence
as someone said earlier, melee was a mistake…at least the sf games that are messed up are STILL played by the greatest of players
Actually, Smash isn’t a fighting game because it has a goofy gameplay system that was made tolerable only through random glitches and the invention of goofy, inconsistent rules that vary from tourney to tourney.
All fighting games have numbers for health, they just happen to show them with a life bar instead. If Virtua Fighter had an RPG-style HP counter for a life bar, it’d still be a good game.
If there was a sumo fighting game…it’d still be a fighting game.
Smash isn’t a fighting game because it had to be tweaked into something it wasn’t. A better comparison would be taking NHL 2k4 or something and making that into a fighting game. It’s got fighting. It’s a game. But it’s not a fighting game.
