I’ll take a look at it at C3 if you don’t get it fixed before then. I think AsianDaisy said they couldn’t make it that weekend in the other tournament thread (OMIA or something) so I’ll be glad to give it a look for you. I haven’t played with US parts in a few years, but nothing has really changed since then so it shouldn’t be a problem.
Faight and Pete, thanks for the help. If i can make it out there I’ll let you take a look at it. I was also thinking about getting a Hori. Which Hori is right for competition and are they compatible with both the PS2 and PS3?
Oh by the way Pete, it think it clicks. ihave to check it out when I get home and let you know.
Asian Daisy: I live out here is Forestville It’s like 30min away from Arundle Mills Mall I guess I would be down to practice with you guys just name the time the date and place.
I’m not exactly sure which Hori is compatible with both PS2 and PS3, but if you get one for PS3, get an HRAP3. It’s GDLK. ^^
Derrick, check your PMs.
Eric, you received more-than-breathtakingly-immaculate hospitality with the utmost consideration for your well-being in mind, which is why you played Marvel.
And besides, I played you with low-tier, so be happy! :PP
Petey is prolly right about soldering but if it’s that then there will be no input and the character should just stay still. It might actually be your actuator. You either have a part sticking out because of wear and can be easily cut or might need to swich the part.
You might as well just show up if you’re in Woodbridge. Hell, I’m driving 3+ hours to come play and people come from all around to get games in. For the most part the players are extremely good, but skill levels vary.
I don’t mean to bring another game into this thread other than SF4 but why is it that KOF’ers seem to think that KOFXII is going to be the messiah and thinks SF4 is the anti-christ?
LoL, Um?!..sure…whoever Eric Kim is (sorry, new to Players names…). Yeah it’s not so much the drive, it’s that I would like to get in more “Face to Face” game’s as I grew up playing in arcades. LIVE is cool, but it’s not like being right there and being able to really discuss the match after.
I am not a super competitive person ( I do try and give it my best) but if I lose i’m not going to cry, but I would like to get info out of people so I don’t lose next time.
Okay, will do. I know most of the payers on SRK are good, and I know this area has some great players, that’s why I want to play, just to see something better than what’s random on LIVE…
Now is it 20 for the day, just to play, or is that 20 for the tourny? If it’s for the day, meh it’s only 20 and if lose all day atleast I learned some new things and meet people. If it’s for the tourny only, I was not planning in playing in it…i’m not that good yet.
Eric Kim = Ramza. The dick bit is because when they had SFIV set up at Magfest and there were literally only like 10 people at the convention who had played the game Eric Kim sat on the setup for hours punking kids with Sagat. I was one of them so I called him a dick.
Eric: Pho? I’ll be there Friday. Dunno what your weekend plans are but I’d like to get to your stick so I can hook your Cthulu up. In return you have to let me beat you in SFIV.
