$10 is for the venue fee and the other $10 is if you were to enter a game. you can just pay the venue fee and play casuals/watch. you are not forced to enter a tourney.
I have been reading this thread, pretty much from the first post till now and I see there are a few “House-Parties” if you will. I live in a fairly big house with 5 Xboxes (I have one and one of my roomies has 4 and only uses one to watch movies on) we also have a PS3 too. A 50+inch flat HD and a 60+inch LCD(?), plus some monitors for more playing. Great sound systems (I have had some awesome RB2 parties).
Once I get comfortable with some people on here, I would do a “house-party” myself down here in Woodbridge.

Good times at UMBC tonight, just got back. I didn’t play as many matches as I would have liked, but I will remember to bring my copy of IV for the next session. Had lots of good advice that I was able to put to good use. Looking forward to next week and stepping it up.
