How do so many allegedly healthy people seem to get bodied so hard by McDonalds?
I mean yeah it had the nutritional value of the packaging it comes in but I’ve never experienced the McShits SRKers seem to get.
Fatties the thread
I used to eat McD’s a lot when I was on the road cuz it was cheap and would do the trick, but I always felt like I was having heart palpitations about 15 minutes after I ate it, so I don’t really go that route anymore unless I’m feeling masochistic. Also CookOut is NOT better than McD’s, at least not in terms of anything but shakes. Those burgers are baaaaaad!
Also, good news to hear because McD’s was found to be using surveillance and such to get marketing info. Fuck them.
Ive started eating McDs agian cus its only food place walking distance at lunch at my work place ive been at for a year. I prob eat it 4-6 time s a month, I forgot how shit it is lol. Before i started working at this place i ate mcds like 4 times in the last 6 years.
Also its so expensive in canada 8.75-$10 for a combo wtf there are much better fast food alternative s or just take out food in general im glad people are starting to wake up.
Ps. I haven’t eaten beef at mcds in at least 7 years garbage quality.

Looks like Ronald and the gang are gonna start cutting menu items and ingredients. Dropping 5 value menu items. Interesting point about them probably not needing preservatives in their food, considering how quickly it gets used up.
No mention of Five Guys? What da fuck…C’mon man.
Wtf mother fuckers paying 10$ for a burger fries and a drink. Pro tip always abuse the 1$ or 1.89 menu 3 burgersedium fries for 8$ full all day. I never add pop since thats the absolute worst for you.
Yes I’d like the triple bacon cheeseburger with extra bacon, cheese, meat and mayonnaise, two large fries with extra fries, mayonnaise for those too, and a diet soda, thanks.
Maybe someone who’s more economics-oriented than I am can answer a few questions:

[*] What is the long-term accuracy of an analyst’s prediction of something like this? How can we confidently claim to predict projected sales to within ~2% accuracy? (That is, is there some kind of record that shows these predictions have otherwise been very accurate, so this deviation from their 1.7% prediction is remarkable and not just… normal?)
[*]There’s obviously a pretty significant downward trend in that chart—but what is the y-axis? What is it showing a downward trend of? ("$$$" is not an answer. :P)
[*] Why (at least according to the tone of the article) are we considering that peak in the graph as the norm for McDonalds? It looks like a pretty definite peak about which the rest of the chart could be symmetric. Does it make sense to want to see the chart prior to 12/01/09, or is there some piece of data I’m not interpreting correctly? If it is symmetric about the peak, then this news isn’t really news at all.
[*] Ultimately, why is a 5% drop in sales for one month a big deal? I understand that 5% of 5,000,000,000 (or whatever) is a lot—but it’s only a lot relatively. That is, it’s a lot relative to my income, but not to McDonald’s. What indicates that this is not just normal fluctuation from a peak, and instead is a significant down-trend of a norm?

Thanks to anyone who can help out.

Oh I can answer that.
The accuracy is almost nothing, it’s just randomly made up. It’s actually illegal to have the accurate projections, hence if an analyst has the numbers he won’t actually disclose them. Not that the executives running the company necessarily even know themselves, but they’re usually busy trying to make the most possible money for themselves and also don’t give a shit about the analysts.
As for the other questions, it is allegedly backed by the expectations of the analysts, but in reality it’s random there too. If somebody wants to liquidate it happens, if a big fish that can move the market has already bought in and wants to drive the price up they’ll get the price to move that way.
Anybody who actually understands and has experienced the market in action knows it’s rigged bullshit. Occasionally the SEC gets fed a sacrificial lamb just in case the public is curious. Usually it’s a random brown man, but one time they nailed a Jew in Madoff.
So what is everybody’s thoughts on sweet potato fries?
Sweet potato fried??? Ultra baller status fn delicious. Only downside is they are most the time 2-3x more expensive than regular fries.
I prefer sweet potatoes and they are good for you

Asking how healthy people can feel sick eating McDonald’s is like asking how people who have sex with:

can feel sick if they are then asked to date this:
The McRib was nasty as fuck.
