GG’s to everyone i played today, and to all that i witnessed play, much hype! My Mag-fuckin-neto almost had the stupid pixel-life dummy comeback but i fucked up on the Cap Commando launcher! Bleh, wutever, it’s mahvel baby! Also, i wanna kno who got marvel top 3.
I can’t agree more with what crackfiend is saying. Evo has the same rules with no harassment or heavy profanity (everybody lets one slip and that’s cool in small amounts) policy and that shit really has to carry over to these big tournaments. Getting hype is one thing and making the environment uncomfortable for some players is another. Heard a few complaints from players saying that people were yelling at them from all sides and that’s just not what this community should be doing.
On another note, wanna just say what a great turnout this fudruckers was. Thx again to all the organizers, you know who you are (partovi’s, vitto, crack, lb to name a few). Thank you all the people who were willing to bring sticks and setups.
I just wanna say that Norcal is one hell of a community. I can literally see the skill level improve drastically as each month goes by and I think we are on, if not better, than socal’s level. If we keep this up, the world has gotta watch out out for us come evo for sure.

Hey guys massive thanks for this amazing event. I got almost 5 full hours of footage. I’m looking at about 7 hours of capturing, 7 hours of compression, and 40+ hours of uploading. SO PLEASE BE PATIENT!!! I also have finals/essays/school shit I need to take care of in the middle of all this.
Thank you to everyone that allowed their matches to be recorded and for all the guys that let us do interviews. Together we’ll make it so the SF4 scene isn’t just So Cal - but ALL CAL.

It was nice to meet and talk to all of you guys. I was really intimidated at first, but this community was really inviting and before I knew it I was making friends left and right. These tournaments will definitely help level my game up before I head off to Japan later this summer.
It was a very exciting experience overall, and I will definitely be trying to come out to more of these. It was intense.
However, the people with the wireless controllers have to stop pulling up the menu while someone is in a game ._. That happened to me twice in one set! Just a tad bit annoying…
But other than that, a very great experience! Good shit, you guys!

Haha so much hype. Sweating like crazy the whole tournament except when I was by the god tier fan. Worth the drive and you will see Reno again as well.
