Not positive that I’ll be able to go to this, but there is a large possibility that I will, so I wanna get in on this before we hit any kind of player cap. I’ll be entering SFIV. Here’s my info:

Handle/Gamertag - QCF Punch (I apologize for any potential confusion on this. I created my SRK account before I came up with this handle. I plan on changing my SRK handle to this at the end of the year as it’s what I use for XBL and pretty much everything else. The funny/ironic thing is I don’t play gear, lol.)
If there’s any other info you need let me know. I’m one of the nash players that DreamTR mentioned earlier, though I am in Cookeville now which is where I go to school. I know of at least one other Cookeville player that will come and several others that will prolly be interested. Aww, that sucks. I had my PS3 and a couple other electronic equipment fried in the lightning storms we had in May. I’m so afraid of it happening again, now I unplug EVERYTHING when it’s more than a light rain!
This area has been hit hard, as most of the surrounding area has been, by the rains. Postponing this is probably the best idea right now. Chattanooga in general a disaster right now. I know the Fort Olgethorpe, Rossville, Ringgold areas are mostly shut down. When you have major roads cut off because of flooding, its not a good thing.

apparently not, according to one of the employees the tournament purveyor still hasn’t received any help as far as equipment goes (the tournament was first canceled due to massive flooding and his consoles were shorted out) and has no specific date upon which he’ll be ready to hold this thing

Yea I guess this thing isn’t happening. I pm’ed kratos a couple weeks ago but he hasn’t got back to me.
Bummer, oh well, if I get a job sometime soon I should just take the drive to a Nashville tourney then.
If anyone has an idea or a hook up for an inexpensive venue - I’m trying to have a tournament some time during Dec. The idea is to get the venue as cheap as possible, charge $10 for a door fee (all profits from the door will go to a local charity) and then $10 per game entry (do the 70/20/10 split).
Please let me know if anyone has any ideas for where to host this tournament…I will be able to come up with plenty of TVs and set ups, and I have plenty of people to help run brackets and keep tabs on the matches.
