The fact of the matter is, if someone’s playing cheap, rather than complain, I’d be better off putting my time into finding a way to counter it (which I’m in the process of doing, more or less).
Fortunately, the people who gripe about people’s gameplay (among other things) lose their credibility in the long run.
yo, matty, like i told you at the tourney, man, i lost, simple as that, i got outplayed. i might not like the bad matchups but unlike the scrub that didn’t show who had the nerve to talk down about you, i have respect for you for going way out of your way to support the people who show up to play fighters. just keep going in your lane, man.
i still say you should have tekken 6 and TVC, though.

No no no, I just couldn’t remember all the characters you use. I like when someone uses a lot of different characters, something I haven’t spent enough time on.

Thanks for the support fellas. I’m glad to see people respect me and my tournaments. I’m looking to host a BIG one near the release of Super (I know, cliche), maybe renting our the food court in the mall and getting more sponsorship. We’ll see.
And I don’t think of it as playing cheap, I think of it as using the tools that I’m best with to win.
Cheap only gets you so far in these games as I don’t think SF favors the button mashers. If people (i.e. the scrubs) complain about cheap moves, I’d say to find a way around them.

Speaking of which I may be coming down with Eric tonight but not because I don’t want to pay, because I can’t, I am just coming to chill. There was a discrepancy with a payment with my debit card and I needed to close it. So I am without any money at all till the new card is sent to me. Makes for a funny story actually.
Was planning on coming…Checked my gps…it says it’ll take me 3hrs and 3m to get there.
and it’s only an hour away without traffic.
