I guess I’m a bit different then. I appreciate every single user here who takes his time to share his experiences and his tips, even if they are pretty situational. And I do respect them, you really already earn my respect when you take your time and write down what you noticed, be your name Bebop or Micheal Asswhuppin or a grand tournament winner or whatever.
They are contributing on keeping the community alive after all.

But maybe this is just a mentality difference.

You are definitely a great Vega player though. I do wish there were more vids of you though, but for the most part it doesn’t seem like much new shit is happening with Vega anyway, sadly. I mostly just pay attention to footsies and stuff like that when watching other Vega players.

is Bebop really going to play Blanka? thats awesome, but I have to admit, interesting choice… a lot of the same shit that makes vega so frustrating to play with applies to Blanka too. 7-3’s in other guys favor, not being able to use your specials without getting owned for it, no devastating ultra combos… But very similar playstyle in the right of defensive getaways, and utmost trickery. No doubt in my mind Bebop could swing Blanka.

I dunno,you’ve played really well. I can only comment on some small stuff like being more basic and let the fancy 1 frame combos more for the mix up. For example where you jump in and land a j.HP with a 1 frame jab links as a follow up(you misstime the link here and it gets blocked),where it would’ve been much safer and better to do a simple cr.mp in to an EX wall dive. Or cr.mk in to the hk.flipkick if your opponent was standing to save EX bar(was the case in the last round of your fight against Chun after your wall bounce).

Vast improvement, originalkdawg.I’m impressed. But yeah, work on those basics, like using your normals a bit more (sHK is among your fastest attacks at 4 frame startup!) and basic cancel combos.
