ken had no meter management. 2 bars burned on block/hit regardless dp fadc or fb fadc.regarding the dps. i noticed he would lp dp after blocked string or sweep. i think he read your punishment/poking patterns. but none the less you adapted eventually for the win. also he jumped alot

Got third place at TNT South this past Thursday! I had been in a slump the past couple of weeks, but I beat a bunch of killers including Rom, Vangief and F. Champ. Almost had Mike Chow, but Abel is retarded lol. My matches begin around 1:20:00 if you want to check them out. Me against Rom was off stream, but it was hella close.
I saw you against that Able and I feel your pain!, they were some great matches good stuff you play a mean Vega.

Im so motivated to level my claw up lately, i would even go as far to say that i have a pretty decent claw !
Yesterday i discovered soms of my weaknesses again. In the tournament i think i got top 16, i lost to ryan harts sagat and tokido’s akuma.
I would especially like jozhear 's or cubano’s opinion on this match to see if their view of my weak spots is the same as my own!

@elcubanoloco- You did really well in your matches. I still think that Abel is the worst MU ever against Vega, so I definitely feel your pain. Even then though, you almost beat him.
Emerson, That’s a hell of a nice Vega. Joz, or marcos can probably give you a bit better advice but you appear almost suprised that he would go for sweep as much as he did. You probably could have baited quite a few of those by whiffing some quick normals like sLK , cLK or cLP just outside or even just inside his sweep range. Other than that. I got no clue. You’re a fuckload better than me at footsies.

Yes your right, his usage of sweep is pretty daring against vega, since vega can punish it so well when he does not have u1 stocked, i thought he wouldnt use it so much as he did, then again, the risk reward is in his favour alot against vega , especially with HIS vortex setups game… I should have expected it more.
He does sense very well when you want to try something, wether its pushing a button or walking and gives you a sweep>Vortex for it.
Haha both EX-RCF i did in those matches were wrong reads of a fireball, but that one happened to hit anyway that combo buff is pretty usefull imo.
Yup it is, i was kind of annoyed i did not make the stream because they gave germans higher priority (im from the netherlands), i think my tournament matches against ryan hart, MBR and tokido deserved the spotlight too! but oh well , what can you do
As to the level of play, Tokido not even making top 8 in this tournament should be a hint towards the world that europe is not as “free” as people like to think.
Be sure to watch the WGC stream from Cannes 17th till 19th if u liked this tournament! A lot of top europe players and guest asian players are set to play there!
