Armor is customizable this time around, you will use materials and resources to construct your own armor with certain stats.
Also seeing as what happened to Shepard between the two games, the surgery will allow you to change his/her appearance somewhat and completely change class from a savegame carry over
So umm…say you start a new game+ in ME1…would the decisions you made in the 1st playthrough still take affect in ME2? I’m guessing no…I gotta beat that 2nd playthrough NOW! lol…also, I notice you don’t get any exp from enemies anymore…how do you level up?
From what I’ve seen on the BioWare forums it is the missions themselves that contribute to your exp. Not sure how it is all calculated and I am more than willing to dissmiss it as speculation, but there you go for what it is worth. I’m assuming its a matter of HUD and display change… rather than a full system overhaul.
Just finished a playthrough of this again and am even more excited than before. Haven’t watched any of the class videos or anything but I am now. Looks really really good.
What? the geth sniper? there have always been geth snipers. If you’re talking about the shepard scar face then yea its the oldest pic of ME2 around, he can get scars at the start of the game during character creation, or if you just choose default shep. The image is a dramatization of the game’s darker tone.
That one of Sheperd was in the middle when I posted it last night lol. But what makes me curious is his eyes. All we know is that Cerberus brought Sheperd back to life. So did they resurrect him or did they rebuild him? And the next ME novel is about integrating Geth tech into humans…
The Soldier isn’t a generic class at all. It’s actually rather technical if you want it to be. In addition, bringing crew members to cover for the crowd control and disabling attacks you lack is an extremely solid strategy. Soldier Shepard/Liara/Tali is pretty fucking broken, real talk.
Cerberus revives him, however when you take control of him/her, you’ll be able to completely respec their class and alter appearance. When you meet Jacob and he joins you he says, “I thought you were still a work in progress?”
And the novel is about Reaper tech being implanted into Paul Grayson from the previous book.
