MAS Systems Official Thread

I live like 20 min from them and have there home address, I tried calling and leaving messages and no luck. I wanted to just drive down but that would be rude. If they dont respond I might just be curious enough to go. But really dont want to take route. My guess is that there no more in business.

Last time I called them was around november-december of last year, and the guy’s wife told me that they were still in business. I called the number that appears on google, but I havent tried contacting them again. Right now I want to test to play some ssf4 in a perfect 360 optical stick, and this is the guy that used to sell them. Now I guess I have no choice but to buy the part myself from lizardlick and try to mount it too. Stick mod tutorial 101 anyone? =/

I just tried calling them

7147758116

Thats the new number I was able to track down.

Anyways I have a ps2/dc one and am currently using a converter to play on my ps3. Are there any tutorials anywhere on how to rewire this for a ps3? I have been having connectivity issues with mine (10 years old). Thanks for any help!

I dont know of any MAS specific tutorials, but removing the MAS electronics and putting in an MC Cthulhu in its place is dead simple. Plug in a USB cord and you’re done for PC and PS3; if you want to, you can solder a Dreamcast and/or Playstation cord as well and still play on those systems still.

Buy a ps2 --> ps3 converter. If you ask MAS that’s what they’d tell you to buy anyway.

I just got in contact w/ Lynn at MAS and she’s in fact working on a stick for me - so yeah - it appears they are still in business. They only take cash tho.

The controller does not work on any games. GC, WiiWare, Virtual Console, Wii games with GC controller support, all have no response at all.

Yes I have that same number. I have called them and left messages with no returned phone calls back. I am tired of this. I am going to their house in westminister. I am like 20 mins away. I will post the results here soon.

Just came back from their house and yes they are still in business. Nice people. Buy from MAS now. lol

Has anyone verified if these sticks work with the Wii using a PS2/Gamecube adapter? I wanna get one for TvC and Guilty Gear.

I m not sure. But it if it works on the Ps2 It should work w?the adapter.

How can I PM you? You’re listed as a guest.

I live near Westminster, how can I find their shop? I have a job for them.

Try calling them first. (714)775-8116 leave a message.

Anthony still around?

Apologies for the thread necromancy in advance. Tried calling today at both the 714-775-8116 and 714-839-9770 numbers, no dice. I sent in two Saturn/Dreamcast sticks about 2 years ago for mods/updates and they’ve never sent them back. Any new contact info? I’d like to have these back.

2 years ago? I called a few months ago and got an answer.

They said they didn’t have the parts we wanted at the time; we contacted them once or twice but didn’t get much satisfaction. It’s become one of those “oh yeah, that thing that I put on my to do list but have procrastinated about ever since” items.

Called just yesterday; both numbers come up as disconnected. :frowning:

That sucks, sounds like they might have changed the numbers since they got posted all over the place. Anthony took off after taking a beating over here.

What do you mean by this.
