Finished season 2.

Series has gotten really stupid, there are daytime shootings at public buildings and no one sees the murderer.

Members of the public openly SUPPORT the Punisher. Even if they saw him, it’s entirely plausible they wouldn’t snitch.

There are ninjas breaking into police stations to do whatever they want and no one does nothing. There are killing of high-ranked public servers at plain sight and no one does nothing.
Come on, this show used to be realistic, the situation would be so bad the army would be in NY at that point. But the show seems not to care at all.

When did the Hand break into the police station?

As soon as the bullets stopped flying, the PD lept STRAIGHT into evacuating the building and chasing down Punisher for the Reyes hit. Doing nothing, my arse. Stop lying.

And about the ending.

Fucking stupid. Really? Didn’t Stick imagine the Hand would steal Elektra’s corpse to resurrect her? REALLY, SHOW?!

Stick has more moves than Jagger. Who’s a more important threat at the time? A dead Elektra, or a freshly resurrected Nobu? If she’s already dead, what else could you really do to stop her being resurrected?

Rating: 8/10. They were great parts and it was mostly enjoyable; as Elektra is introduced she’s basically a Mary Sue that ruins everything, but inside and outside of the series, but everything comes together by the end (though the final episode is very weak).

Elektra served her purpose - to put Matt on the reckless path for love and pussy, despite damn well knowing better. She is the Talia Al Ghul to his Batman.

i havent read much marvel post-siege but isnt the hands mission just to destroy every fucking thing in honor of the beast? kill your friends kill your family kill everyone youve ever known just to get into the clan. or some shit like that

the hand is multifaceted…they arent just into drugs, their into anything that gives them power. they run whole companies as seen in the show. if you only took that their drug runners…where the hell were you for the whole office party for roxxon?

He’s not fully knife proof, he still got shot/hit in the shoulder towards the final fight.

Yeah and he didn’t even flinch. This guy handles getting shot in the shoulder better than most people handle a hangnail.

If he flinched from that he would’ve died a LONG time ago. Pain tolerance is part of the job.

I don’t buy that, but I suppose a suspension of disbelief is a prerequisite for these types of shows so I will let it slide.

He has to take a massive amount of punishment to even survive being Daredevil. If he flinched from pain too often he would be much more easily defeated.

Well it’s not so much the pain, it’s the fact that he was shot in the torso(looked like chest shot to me) and was not in shock or having some other issues.

idk that whole last fight seemed off anyway. The scene where DD and Elektra stopped for like 5 minutes to talk about their future together while ninjas are about to break down the door was so weird. The final fight with Nobu felt half-assed, as did Elektra’s cliche death scene, and then the **Punisher showed up out of the blue just to shoot 2 ninjas and show Karin his new shirt. **

I’m just going to try to block it all out and pretend it didn’t happen.

it wasnt really out of the blue…hes been following police stations since the beginning. that fight was all over the scanners.

Not so sure about that. Claire killed one of the ninjas and when the hospital was gonna perform an autopsy on the body it already had a Y incision. He definitely was dead before and he was a grunt.
