Karen becoming a reporter didn’t seem far-fetched to me. She was setup to be Urich’s successor in season one and was a natural sleuth. She acted as the firm PI on many occasions.
Being a good sleuth and PI doesn’t grant you the ability to write engaging news articles. I’m not saying she couldn’t HELP the newspaper, but immediately becoming a reporter and writer makes no damn sense. It’s almost like he signed her on just because they needed someone to replace Ben’s balls of going into places he had no business going into.

Eh, probably not gonna see that, tbh. Closest I can think of is The Flash(Or Steven Universe) rn. And we haven’t seen his family until the last of the last movie. It’s not a priority for Marvel.
Jessica already has a naggy blonde friend and she’s good enough at sleuthing on her own.
But seriously, I like Karen for the most part but they have to understand that there IS such a thing as too smart, too fast. It just seems that they involve her in way too much because they want her to have maximum screentime, which was especially noticeable when Foggy had much less to do with his estrangement from Matt.
Getting a new actor ain’t gonna change the continuity.
Can’t say his family is not a priority when Hawkeye himself isn’t. He’s the least developed of the main Avengers group.
I don’t buy that, but I suppose a suspension of disbelief is a prerequisite for these types of shows so I will let it slide.
He has to take a massive amount of punishment to even survive being Daredevil. If he flinched from pain too often he would be much more easily defeated.

Finished season 2.
Series has gotten really stupid, there are daytime shootings at public buildings and no one sees the murderer. There are ninjas breaking into police stations to do whatever they want and no one does nothing. There are killing of high-ranked public servers at plain sight and no one does nothing.
Come on, this show used to be realistic, the situation would be so bad the army would be in NY at that point. But the show seems not to care at all.
And about the ending.

Fucking stupid. Really? Didn’t Stick imagine the Hand would steal Elektra’s corpse to resurrect her? REALLY, SHOW?!
Rating: 8/10. They were great parts and it was mostly enjoyable; as Elektra is introduced she’s basically a Mary Sue that ruins everything, but inside and outside of the series, but everything comes together by the end (though the final episode is very weak).
Realistic…the same series set inside a city recovering from an alien invasion…

That doesn’t mean the IQ of all human beings has declined by 50 points or so. For season 1 the series convinced me it was a verosimile world with rational beings, but in this one, everything got a lot more stupid.
Well it’s not so much the pain, it’s the fact that he was shot in the torso(looked like chest shot to me) and was not in shock or having some other issues.
idk that whole last fight seemed off anyway. The scene where DD and Elektra stopped for like 5 minutes to talk about their future together while ninjas are about to break down the door was so weird. The final fight with Nobu felt half-assed, as did Elektra’s cliche death scene, and then the Punisher showed up out of the blue just to shoot 2 ninjas and show Karin his new shirt.
I’m just going to try to block it all out and pretend it didn’t happen.
Alright. For the High Ranking assassinations, they were doing something, trying to go after Frank Castle. They should’ve put more protection around Reyes to be sure but at that point everyone was a bit off-kilter due to Castle (at least who we thought was him) seriously deviating from his MO.
As for the Ninjas, exactly what were they supposed to do about that? The city just got over the shit with The Punisher, going on a citywide man hunt for The Hand wouldn’t have helped matters especially since they wouldn’t have even been found. Either we get no scene where people cry about the cops being useless and doing nothing, or we get a scene with the police mobilizing…and then people cry about them being useless and unable to actually find or stop the Hand.
