Marvel's Netflix Universe: Return of the Kingpin

i do care now that i know their an actual character in comics.

@Raz0r

I know Nuke cause “Born Again” is my favourite story arc in comic history.

I’m actually curious to see how they use him. It’d be great to see him show up in the future, against Daredevil.

then 4 seconds later he loses his fucking mind because of a reporter.

Then they have to prevent Cap from killing him.

He’s a Daredevil villain, and I’m not very well read on Daredevil, so…

Come on, we don’t gotta bring the Tommy Gun into it…

Simpson in the show though was far too cartoony, that and the occasional Kilgrave losing his charisma to being a plain bitch, was really meh. If Simpson jumped off the building the show would have been that much better of for it.

The only characters that kept it real was Cage who was apathetic as fuck, maybe the actor never actually GAF and to a lesser extent Jones, who kept up the addict loves misery routine the entire way perfectly.

I think we should get truly real. Most people in here only watched the show for Luke Cage.

Yea I know I did after his bar fight, hell only thing that kept me watching to the end haha. Was pretty annoyed about the lack of JJ displaying her powers. That dream scene when she dropped off the building with no impact was slick as hell, they needed more of that stuff instead of all that girl talk bullshit. Way to lower the bar after DD, we have some teen actress/radio host bitch who is the go to clutch for all of JJs problems, fuck outta here.

I’m aa fan of Jessica’s character and the Alias book. Cage being in the show’s cast was icing.

I was in it for the sex scenes, tbh. The rest is just gravy.

Gravy aka Luke Cage :coffee:

Wow. Now that I think about it, Ant-Man is pretty much the Kilgrave of antkind D:

Wonder if Ant-ony is going to come back from dead and become the Jessic-Ant Jones from that species…

No, I meant having Claire Temple be the “Coulson” of the Defenders, where something she does, or something that happens to her is what galvanizes the group together.

How many heroes/villains are there in the marvel universe that came to be from failing to remake that super soldier serum.

Simpson is kinda one right?

The Hulk is one depending on the continuity.

Weapon X is Canada’s attempt in creating super soldiers.

The Sentry drank an experimental super soldier serum trying to get an acid trip.

In the MCU, the Abomination also counts.

Awwww shit
