Daredevil just works better as a show imo. Not every hero needs a movie
They accomplished so much more in the MCU with that one season, than they could have reasonably done in one movie.
Setting up Fisk, Karen Page, the Hand, Elektra, Bullseye, K’un Lun, and so much more…couldn’t have done that all in one movie, and not make it seem rushed.

Why did all the soliders run in one at a time when they had superior firepower and numbers? They just walk off the street and get a job as a hired goon? That has gotta be about the dumbest shit ive ever seen lol.
Daredevil had the better oner. The way it just focused on the corridor helped keep from making it look too busy, despite being a busier and messier fight than the one in AOS. Also, better choreographed as Matt was usually taking on 2 foes at the same time in that shot.
This is where context is needed. Skype is heading into a operating room to save her Inhuman friend. Hydra needs him for experimentation so that not gonna bum rush Skype and shoot her up. Precision is needed so the asset isn’t lost.

To be fair, we are talking about a 13 hour story compared to something that’d be ~2.5 hours if it were a movie. Of course you can tell so much more in a series format.

one of the things I thought was neat, was that the only real love story in the first season, was involving Kingpin. Everybody else was focused.

Since they are pushing for a Punisher show. Will they focus on Gao then? If I remember correctly I think punisher goes ham on her and her crew and kills her (according to the war zone comic).

how i see it playing out is…her connection to iron fist world will be explained then murked due to drugs by punisher.
Wonder if they’ll bring Ray Stevenson (spelling) back as Punisher. lol
