This is probably the most balanced out of all the Capcom-made Marvel games, and the gems are an interesting dynamic, but no–this game never had a tournament scene and never will.

I have the original (CPS2) arcade version of this. Is there a way to play as Thanos, Doom and Anita?

yea, spidey is serious in this game, ive been using him at arcades since i got into the game back in like 97 i think it was. but i played him because he was cool, and i liked the fox cartoon, lol. but yea there is a MSH arcade where i use to live at in NJ, i went there a few times and did some damage, spidey resets are fun. I never quite got that infinite down tho.

another combo is… life throw in corner, then standing jab before they hit the ground, then combo into another life throw… then standing jab again before they hit the ground, then combo into command throw… it hurts.

reason being, msh is even more broken than xvs, and everyone was just using spidy for priority moves. thus people got bored of msh realllllly fast playing it “seriously”.
