The GB movie was ultra terrible but online trolls dont mean shit. Episode 9 is going to make bank regardless of the fans that hate TLJ and Avengers Endgame will probably be one of the highest grossing Marvel films.

Iâm kind of surprised. Most of the people I know whoâve seen it really didnt like it. When the first Antman came out, I heard a lot of positive things. This one has been basically the opposite.

I have no issues with Skrulls being âgood guysâ, given all Iâve ever read about Skrulls it was a nice little plot twist. Plus them trying to find a suitable planet for themselves doesnât mean they just wonât comeback and Be like âso we really like earthâ and secretly start to infiltrate and take over slowly. Itâd be a classic heel turn.
Also the fact he name drops Stan and Jack saying âwell theyâd agree with meâ when theyâre both dead and canât say shit is pretty tasteless and fucked up in general.

Yeah someone wondered if it may be a fake quote because of the name drop. Seems very out of place from the rest. Also the fact he only created Carol Danvers and not the persona of who she is today doesnât help his cause either. She was a side piece when he wrote her

Skrulls being good guys has been done in the comics already. During Annihilation as well as DnAâs Guardianâs run (before Secret Invasion). Heck, for a decent time after that, Klârt (Super Skrull) was primarily written as heroic (and letâs not forget Khnânr).

A lot of that is probably set up for w/e they have planned after Infinity War. Captain Marvel seems to be the first movie for the next 7 years worth of arcs.
Academy X drew me for one thing: it was accesible. Entirely new characters, I wanted to enjoy a series from the beginning, for once. I was entertained by the series, it was⌠readable. Didnât dislike it at all, I think it fulfilled my expectations, but it wasnât anything memorable by any means.
BTW I didnât know Alejandro Fernandez sings reggaeton nowadays, but first time I started listening to him was in El Canal de las Estrellas telenovelas.

Iâm slowly adding more movies to my MCU collection. Target had a lot of the Blu-rays on sale for $20 so I grabbed Avengers: Infinity War, Captain America: The First Avenger, Captain America: The Winter Soldier and Thor: Ragnarok. I ordered The Incredible Hulk steel book Blu-ray off Amazon for $11.99. Yeah, I got a lot to add/watch. Everything except, Captain America: Civil War and Spider-Man: Homecoming is stuff I havenât seen.

When I want to say either Black Panther or Infinity War was released iTunes had the entire MCU catalog but I think Homecoming on sale for $10usd each. I finally said fuck it, bit the bullet and bought all of them. I knew Iâd never get them cheaper than that due to them being Disney properties and they never lower their prices on anything.
