That sucks. I was really looking forward the Channing Tatum as Gambit. I unironically love Channing as an actor. He’s deceptively good and ridiculously funny. He could have easily made Gambit into something special.

Everything X-Men (movie projects and TV shows) is getting cancelled, and Feige has no plan to use them for the next 5 years.
Could there be any other idea of what to do with them?
An animated universe? A non-MCU X-Men TV universe “for the while”?

Magic Mike isn’t a chick flick. It’s like the ultimate bro movie. The trailers for that movie was one of the best bait and switches ever. The Jump Street movies are really funny. He was ridiculously good on Logan Lucky.
A lot of the stuff he does outside of movies is good too. Him doing Let it Go on Lip synch Battle is great.

If I could make a wish, I’d ask Feige to greenlight and produce a FINAL Fox X-Men movie after Dark Phoenix, featuring both the old cast and the new cast, as well as the Deadpool characters.
Make X-Force movie first and then that, and you can close the series. After all, there’s still time before the mutants arrive to the MCU.
Oh hell no…reset the whole X-Men.

I’m pretty sure Feige can fix the franchise. Maybe not in continuity matters, you simply have to turn off your brain there. But he could fix the characters and do an entertaining and emotional and exciting movie for a sendoff.
IDK, I want a BIG X-Men event movie right now, and not having to wait 10 years to get one. We got Wolverine, we got X-23, we got Cyclops, we got Cable, just do it.
And everyone clapped.

The trailer looks “interesting” but I saw complaining from the book die bards so who knows why Disney tried. But they’re releasing it during that early year period where movies go to die. Disney has all their chips on Marvel, Avatar and SW.

They need to let X-Men be on ice as long as fucking possible. Fox has done so much damage to that IP. I feel the same about F4 too. I want to see F4 back A LOT more though. They deserve redemption. Badly.
