Felicia is kind of a manipulative, petty homewrecker. And yeah, much more of a self serving criminal than Selina Kyle. Outside of the shared moniker I’d say they’re pretty different characters.

The military does help on these projects to gain exposure, they have done the same for games, TV and other media, I don’t understand what the problem is though. It ain’t like they are heavy handed enough to legit propaganda. Especially in the Marvel movies where the leads literally loom large over everything.
