So I’m guessing he wrote season 3 & 4 
I know he executive produced them but did he actually take credit for writing for the Arrow/CW shows?
In either case, jeez had no idea this character existed and now it just makes me wonder why?

Vincent D’Onofrio is one of those dudes that was so phenomenal at being true to the character he was adapting that they may as well be one in the same.

He was one of the showrunners. He particularly responsible for the story direction of the seasons he worked on.

Evans with Cap? No real complains but MCU Cap is different than comics Cap. I dont see it as the other examples you mention. Even MCU Tony is a bit different but RDJ owned the character
Rdj changed comics Tony. He absolutely wasn’t like that in the comics before rdj took over in the 2000s. Now they write him more like the rdj version

I know that, but is more credit to him. Cap is notably different and imo not to Caps benefit. So putting Evans among RDJ Donofrio idk doesnt belong there
